Photos of architecture, factories, buildings, ruins or building sites through Europe form the substance of the film. Through the split-screen editing, the various locations dialogue with each other, so as to reveal the phenomena of destruction / construction / reconstruction.
The precise camera movements, specific to the caption stand, the minimalist, almost abstract, composition, the contrast between two locations as well as their spacing leads to a loss of the notion of space and geography.
The work addresses different urban architectures, geographically scattered, from the viewpoint of their similarities, in terms of both content and visuals.
